Glodie Elifa Lokelemba is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in entrepreneurship, small and medium enterprises (SMEs), and informal sector development. Currently serving as Secretary General of the RDC-RSA Chamber of Commerce and Head of Division for Formalization and Integration at the Ministry of Industry in the DRC, he has held multiple leadership roles, including Sales & Marketing Manager at Golden Sesame in Turkey and Managing Administrator of Samuela Service. With over a decade of experience, Glodie has developed strong skills in project management, business planning, negotiation, and intercultural collaboration. His background also includes facilitating entrepreneurship programs and managing ICT networks within the Ministry. Glodie’s dedication to business development is complemented by his ability to work under pressure, coordinate diverse teams, and foster sustainable growth.
The Chamber of Commerce, Arts, and Services DRC-RSA is a the first official Chamber which not only encourages but facilitates bilateral trade between these nations. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Small Business in the Democratic Republic of Congo, the Chamber boasts a leadership team that are entrenched in government in the Democratic Republic of Congo, and who are well versed in the private sectors of both countries.
