Glodie Elifa Lokelemba is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in entrepreneurship, small and medium enterprises (SMEs), and informal sector development. Currently serving as Secretary General of the RDC-RSA Chamber of Commerce and Head of Division for Formalization and Integration at the Ministry of Industry in the DRC, he has held multiple leadership roles, including Sales & Marketing Manager at Golden Sesame in Turkey and Managing Administrator of Samuela Service. With over a decade of experience, Glodie has developed strong skills in project management, business planning, negotiation, and intercultural collaboration. His background also includes facilitating entrepreneurship programs and managing ICT networks within the Ministry.
